Rules and Regulations for groups using any

YOUTHTOWNE ATHLETIC FIELDS

• Teams or groups who have received permission to use an athletic field at Youthtowne, and individual members of these teams, as well as fans, only have permission to come to Youthtowne during the scheduled team activities. A representative of Youthtone must always give permission in advance.
• Persons either playing a sport at Youthtowne or watching games or waiting to pick up players are not permitted to wonder into other areas of the property. The barn area, pavilion area, lakes, baseball fields, basketball courts and other open or wooded areas are off limits to persons who are at Youthtowne for a game or practice.
• The speed limit in and out of Youthtowne is 15 miles per hour. Cars must park in the designated parking area and are not to be on any grass at any time.
• All equipment must be unloaded from the parking area.
• Youthtowne is litter-free, and we rely upon groups using Youthtowne to keep it this way. Always police the area for litter before departing.
• Students must always be chaperoned. The team coach or an approved adult representative must arrive first and leave last. Youth should never be here ahead of the coaches or be left waiting for rides after the adults have departed.
• No pets are allowed on the property at any time.

CONDUCT

Youthtowne is interested in seeing young people succeed and grow up to be tomorrow's leaders. Central to the mission of Youthtowne is our goal of helping young people to become more a part of their own churches, and to come ultimately to the realization that true success in life can be found only when we find a place for God in our life. We intend to have all programs at Youthtowne be consonant with this goal and for this reason we insist upon the following basic rules of conduct.

• The use of Alcohol and Drugs is strictly prohibited, regardless of age.
• The use of tobacco products of any kind are strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 18.
• The use of foul language, cursing, swearing, and disrespectful talk will not be tolerated. We depend upon teams to remind one another, and even fans, of this simple rule which will help to ensure that we will always respect one another while on the field and hopefully carry this attitude of respect and good sportsmanship with us when we leave.
• Talking back to the game officials or publicly criticizing their judgment is strictly forbidden.
